Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking an Addiction and Recovery Program Manager to oversee person-centered recovery services, ensure reliable operations and maintain accurate documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative teams and driving quality improvement in a planned program.

This part-time position in New Jersey involves coordinating navigator and peer teams, tracking program authorization requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies

Qualifications

• Recovery program management experience.
• Role-appropriate education and credentials.
• Familiarity with OBAT and OORP models.

Responsibilities

• Plan recovery services, establish partnerships and supervision, coordinate navigator and peer teams, monitor documentation and outcomes, and track program authorization requirements.
• Collaborate with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; maintain confidentiality and respect participant choice; communicate service gaps promptly; follow role-specific policies and professional scope; participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
