Expect 17.5 hours over two weeks per cohort, with evening sessions in CT/ET. The role emphasizes helping students raise ACT scores, tracking progress, and maintaining a positive, motivational presence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to raise students' ACT scores
• Comfortable teaching ACT content and test-taking strategies

• Punctual and reliable for cohort sessions

Responsibilities

• Deliver live ACT instruction for a full cohort using provided guides and tests
• Use provided ACT curriculum with no independent lesson planning
• Adjust pacing to meet target scores and needs
• Administer post-test during final session
• Track attendance and student progress daily
• Communicate progress to families and staff as needed
