Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, and routine accounting transactions.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial information in company systems and Excel.
• Assist with reconciliations, research discrepancies, and verify supporting docs.
• Maintain accounting schedules, spreadsheets, and financial records.
• Assist with check processing, deposits, and routine financial tasks.
• Support monthly accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Perform data entry and ensure information completeness and accuracy.
