Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or active US CPA license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Community college teaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse student body and colleagues.
• Ability to use varied teaching and assessment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare syllabi and curricula to meet course requirements and student learning outcomes.
• Use assessment methods to measure student understanding.
• Maintain communication with students and department staff throughout the semester.
• Engage in professional development to maintain excellence in teaching and learning.
• Submit midterm and final grades, attendance records, and other reports by required due dates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Dean consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
