Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at entry points by enforcing site access procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials.
• Control access to restricted areas and coordinate gate traffic.
• Respond calmly to incidents following post orders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
