Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at a government location following access-control policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and access logs.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of government facilities and perimeter areas and report unusual activity.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents, access activity, and policy violations while ensuring confidentiality.
