The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, day and night shifts, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, collaborative team. A high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and licensing compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials and authorize entry according to procedures; issue visitor passes and maintain records.
• Monitor vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery traffic at entry/exit points to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate security concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
