We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can connect with students in a supportive, encouraging way. The ideal candidate is empathetic, flexible, and able to adapt coaching methods to meet a variety of learning styles. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent schedule are key to success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree and two years full-time equivalent related experience OR an Associate’s degree and four years full-time equivalent related experience required.
