Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. These part-time roles commonly offer afternoon or evening hours, with comprehensive training provided even if you have no prior ABA experience.

You will join a clinical team, recording session data and helping families while collaborating with BCBA Supervisors to support independence and positive behavior change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
