Heartland Behavior is seeking caring individuals to support children with Autism in home and community settings in New Jersey. No prior experience required; we provide full training and 40-hour RBT course prep.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, same day pay, and a supportive clinical team focused on evidence-based ABA interventions to promote independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
