Job summary

BK Behavior seeks part-time ABA therapists to deliver one-on-one services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behaviors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, willingness to learn, patience and a calm demeanor, and RBT certification. Flexible part-time roles with paid training and opportunities to advance within a thriving ABA

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.
Services provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
All positions start off part time.
Willing to commit to 6 months to impact clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
