Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Winchester is seeking people to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role supports independence and positive behavior, with a focus on training and family collaboration.

No experience is required; we offer full paid training. Schedule Monday–Friday 3:30pm–5:30pm plus weekend hours, with pay ranging from $17–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before work.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement care plans.
