Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Fanwood, NJ seeks caring individuals to join our ABA team as part-time aides. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, support independence, and work closely with families and the clinical team.

No prior experience is required, and we encourage a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Flexible afternoon or evening hours help students and others balance life and work while making a real difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
