Heartland Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team as RBTs. We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification, with support throughout the process.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, and recording session data. This part-time role is ideal for those starting or expanding a career in ABA, offering flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a collaborative clinical team dedicated to helping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; paid training provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
