Job summary

HeartlandABA is seeking individuals to provide in-home or community-based ABA services to children with Autism. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to families and the clinical team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, patience, compassion, and reliable transportation. Training includes the 40-hour RBT course, and a minimum commitment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
