Job summary

Heartland ABA in Clarinda, IA seeks an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
