Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring enthusiastic ABA therapists to work with kids in Orange County and surrounding areas. Roles are part‑time or full‑time with scheduling from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (M–F), 4–32 hours per week, with optional weekend hours.

Benefits apply after 30+ hours weekly and paid training plus supervision are provided. Positions involve travel to homes, schools, and clinics to deliver therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Energetic, reliable, and caring
• Live Scan background check (reimbursed) after conditional offer
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community; travel to locations as needed
• Teach language, social, self-help, and play skills
• Implement positive behavioral supports
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet
• Facilitate social skills play dates
• Work with families to teach programs and support learning at home and in the community
