You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing individualized care plans and recording session data to track progress. Ideal candidates demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor, with reliable transportation to client locations.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
