Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism in Kansas City, MO. Ideal candidates are motivated to earn their RBT certification with company-supported training, and to work part-time in clients' homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by BK Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
