KansasBehavior in Kansas invites you to join our team delivering in-home ABA services to children with autism. You will work directly with clients in their homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training and the 40-hour RBT course. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities for advancement in a growing ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to implement care plans.
• Support clients' independence and positive behavior.
