Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to join in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, delivering one-on-one services in homes or community settings for children with Autism. This is an entry point with paid training, perfect for educators, paraprofessionals, tutors, or care professionals looking for afternoon or evening hours.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
