Heartland ABA is seeking qualified RBTs for part-time roles in State Center, IA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer immediate pay options and pathways for professional growth through BCBA-related partnerships. Paid training is provided, and a commitment of six months is encouraged to support client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
