Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Kansas is seeking part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. No ABA experience required; paid training is provided.

You will work with families and BCBA supervisors to implement skill-building plans, record session data, and help children with Autism thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
