Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers seeks a Business Development Liaison to expand awareness of ABA services in San Antonio. The role emphasizes building strong referral relationships with pediatricians and healthcare providers, plus outreach at community events.

It requires 1–3 years in relevant fields, strong communication, and travel within the local area. The position offers 20–30 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in business development, sales, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Extensive driving throughout the assigned market; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Relationship building with pediatricians and healthcare providers to promote ABA services.
• Education & outreach through presentations and workshops.
• Educate healthcare professionals about ABA therapy offerings.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align patient care and services.
• Track and report marketing activity, new clients, and opportunities.
• Engage with the community to raise awareness of ABA therapy.
• Support intake-related activities and manage leads and referrals.
• Ensure leads are documented and routed to the appropriate team; speak about all Little Spurs service lines.
