Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA services with children on the autism spectrum. This part-time role includes training and supervision to earn the RBT certification before delivering services.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, delivering individualized interventions, collecting session data, and fostering positive learning environments for families in Missouri. The program supports growth and BCBA education partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and their families.
