Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Lee's Summit, MO. The role offers flexible hours and a strong pathway for professional growth within a dedicated clinical team.

All positions start part-time with paid training and opportunities to advance. You will record session data, collaborate with family members, and support clients in achieving their goals while maintaining a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
