Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Hoisington, KS is seeking a part-time Kids BT/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and work under supervision to support independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided, and same-day pay is available. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required; successful candidates will take the 40-hour RBT course and commit for at least

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience and compassion with children and families.
Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.
Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
