Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in the Grinnell, IA area. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

Training is provided and positions start part-time with flexible scheduling. You’ll record session data on our electronic systems, engage with families, and upskill through mentorship and BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
