Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. Provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
