BK Behavior in Davenport, IA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, helping clients achieve tailored goals with evidence-based interventions.

You'll be part of a clinical team and responsible for accurate session data using electronic devices. This role starts part-time with flexible scheduling, opportunity for advancement, same-day pay options, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
