Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, empowering children to build skills and independence. We offer same day pay, part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation.

Training is provided; no experience? paid training. You will be part of a supportive clinical team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
