BK Behavior in Waterloo, IA is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in achieving their goals through evidence-based ABA.

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will implement care plans, collect session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress.

This in-home/community-based role offers part-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and support from a robust team. RBT certification required before starting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
