BK Behavior seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings in Fremont, Nebraska. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, helping clients gain independence and positive behaviors, while recording data and collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
