BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings, implementing skill-building plans under clinical supervision.

You will document progress using electronic records and collaborate with families to reinforce learning. We offer part-time roles, opportunities for advancement in the ABA field, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
