Heartland-Aba-1 seeks licensed and dedicated RBTs to join our ABA program. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
