Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations, following our care plans and evidence-based interventions.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to gain supervised clinical experience. The role supports families and the ABA goals for children with Autism with a supportive, collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
