Job summary

A leading behavioral services provider in Brockton is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide support to children in a center-based setting. Offering flexibility in part-time weekday hours, this role includes 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision and engagement in therapeutic activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and be compassionate communicators. Paid training and RBT certification opportunities are included. Experience with children is a plus, but no prior ABA experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Step in to support sessions during staff breaks or absences.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure continuity of care.
