Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings in Independence, MO. Part-time positions with flexible hours and a six-month commitment are offered, along with pathways for fellowship and internship hours.

We provide same-day pay and a robust clinical team focused on client progress. Training is available, and opportunities exist for advancement within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
