BK Behavior in Macksville is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, and you will work under supervision to implement evidence-based interventions.

Positions start part-time, Monday to Friday with afternoon/evening hours, offering flexible scheduling, opportunity for college students, and competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $25, based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
