Encore Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time 3rd Shift Caregiver at The Courtyard at Delta in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on providing compassionate personal care to residents in a home-like setting and supporting their daily activities.

The position requires 18+ years of age, up to one year of health-care experience preferred, and includes a full training program. Benefits package and PTO are provided as part of a competitive compensation plan.

SUMMARY of Duties

The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident’s independence and quality of life. In addition, the Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.

Work Experience Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent
