Graceworks Enhanced Living is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals for our group homes in Ohio. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you support residents with daily activities and independence.

DSPs assist with meals, transportation, medication support, and accompany residents to activities such as church, bowling, and community events. Join us to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points on driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening (including medical marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to residents, including meals, cleaning, transportation, and medication assistance.
• Occasionally accompany residents to activities such as bowling, movies, church, or volunteer events.
• Help residents maintain independence and participate in daily living activities.
• Be a compassionate companion and caregiver within the community.

Position description:

We are seeking a full time entry-level Direct Support Professionals for one of our group homes. No experience is necessary, training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!

Compensation:

$16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also offer a $2 shift differential for applicable 2nd shift hours
