Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the New Florence area for part-time day and night shifts to provide 1:1 care with compassion and reliability.

You will travel to client homes, follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments and monitor conditions, and document observations and interventions. BAYADA offers PTO, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, EAP, and a nurse referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by diploma or transcript.
• A current LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty, one-on-one nursing care in clients' homes.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Follow doctors' orders and document observations, interventions and evaluations.
• Travel to client home and ensure timely, compassionate care.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
