Job summary

heartlandbehavior seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in homes and community settings. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record data using tablets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
