Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling for a national, telehealth-based practice focused on cardiometabolic health.

The role offers 100% remote work with a flexible schedule, and an hourly pay range of $40–$44 based on experience. Training and company-provided equipment are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Dietetics from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current state licensure or certification as required by state law.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across a multichannel digital platform, including video, voice, and messaging.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalized behavior change plans.
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Support patients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications within established protocols.
• Use motivational interviewing to achieve lasting health outcomes and maintain accurate records in EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providecomprehensive nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across aseamless multichannel digital platform, including video, voice, andinstant messaging
• Conductvirtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalizedbehavior change plans
• Providemedication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under thesupervision of assigned physicians

• Utilizemotivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance techniques to achievelasting health outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a relatedfield from an accredited program
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)
• Willingnessand ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Atleast 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settingspreferred
• Comfortablewith technology, electronic medical records, and working in aHIPAA-compliant home environment
• CDCEScertification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) preferred
• Availabilityon evenings and Saturdays preferred
