Job summary

AutoZone's Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure WOW! customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Live The Pledge and deliver in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, coaching staff, overseeing inventory, and supporting commercial accounts to meet delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in supervising and developing teams.
• Clear communication with customers and staff in daily operations.
• Monitoring sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Following structured store procedures and managing cash, shrink, and efficiency.
• Collaborating with store staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Enforcing PPE use and safety standards in-store.
• Assisting in managing commercial/hub accounts to meet deliveries.
