Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly in line with policy.
