Qualifications

  • Leadership experience supervising and developing a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.
  • Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in automotive retail operations and sales.
  • ASE certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling.
  • Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless service.
  • Lead sales and inventory initiatives, aiming to exceed targets and Merchandising goals.
  • Enforce PPE and safety practices, supporting risk management.
  • Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
