  • Collaborate with store staff and department leaders for seamless service.
  • Lead sales and inventory efforts and ensure timely returns processing.
  • Maintain PPE usage and uphold safety standards.
  • Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer concerns with effective problem solving.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
