Job summary

AutoZone in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a Parts Sales Manager who will drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will lead by example and ensure operational excellence. You'll supervise, train, and develop staff, coordinate with commercial and hub departments, and maintain strong communication with customers while managing inventory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
