Job summary

Customer Service while upholding store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, develop staff, manage inventory, and promote safe, compliant practices.

  • Lead efforts to deliver WOW! customer service and maintain store standards.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
